NewsSeek 2.0 is faster at finding FREE/OPEN NNTP servers that carry your favorite news groups, improvements have been made in navigation, and several issues have been addressed. The 2.0 version of NewsSeek displays the complete list of news groups with message counts from a specified news server. This feature makes finding popular news groups easy, and the list can be exported in a tab-delimited format for easy sorting and searching in Excel and other applications. NewsSeek will now re-combine files split apart and posted as multiple messages to a news server. This technique is used to post larger i.e. MP3 files.
